Hibiscus Coast AFC History and Strategic Overview
Hibiscus Coast Association Football Club (HBC AFC) was first established in 1974 by Clarrie Morgan and the club rooms are located at Stanmore Bay. This scenic location is the home of Football for this local community. Hibiscus Coast operates out of Stanmore Bay, Victor Eaves, William Bays, Edith Hopper and Metro Park.
HBC AFC is a not for profit organization and operates under the Northern Football Federation banner and provides football to all ages and abilities. Community sport is built on a passion and love for the game. At Hibiscus Coast we look to develop, nurture and foster a lifelong passion for Football and the club.
This ever growing community welcomes new members, players, coaches, referees and volunteers to enrich the club culture and to enjoy football.
OUR PEOPLE
The game of football should be enjoyed and experienced by everyone in our community. We will develop programmes that will challenge and develop our players, coaches, officials, volunteers and supporters.
OUR CAPABILITY
It is important to have strong and sustainable club administration. We will focus our time and energy into governance, funding, sponsorship and best practice operational management to build a more capable club.
OUR COMMUNITY
Behind every strong club there is a thriving community that is engaged and supportive. We will identify and work with other local community groups so that we are an integral part of the local Hibiscus Coast community.
OUR ENVIRONMENT
We know that it is critically important to provide the very best physical environment for our players, coaches, officials and volunteers. We will continually improve the on and off the field experience so that our community has the very best place to train, play and socialise.
