HBC Girls Talent Development Programme

Hibiscus Coast AFC & East Coast Bays AFC have come together to deliver a Girls Talent Development Programme, providing a pathway for local youth players into a high-quality training process and access to the highest levels of competition and challenge in a year-round calendar of activity. 

The Talent Development Programme (TDP) is aimed at girls aged 14 to 16 years, 2024 is serving as our accreditation year and will allow HBC & ECB the opportunity to complete the accreditation pathway, gaining access to the NRFL Youth Girls leagues in 2025.

Term 4 - Training and 2025 Programme Selection 

-for prospective and existing HBCAFC x ECBAFC Girls Talent Development Programme players- 

For girls interested in trying out for our U14 or U16 Girls TDP teams in 2025, selections for the teams will take place in Term 4.

All girls registered for Term 4 Girls TDP will have 6 weeks to settle in and get comfortable with the programme, while being assessed in a supportive environment., starting Monday November 4th and ending Wednesday December 11th

Cost: $95  

Who is eligible?

• U14 - players born 2011
• U16 - players born 2009/2010, 2008-born players are welcome to register for the term only

When: Wednesday, 30 October                                                                                                                 

Time: 6.30pm                                                                                                                                                  

Venue: Bay City Park

We’ll be covering the following important topics on the evening:

• Entry of U13 players into the Girls TDP programme for 2025
• Transition from U14 to U16 within the program
• Pathway from U16 into senior women’s football at HBC AFC or ECB AFC for the 2025 season

All currently registered and new/interested players and parents are strongly encouraged to attend
