We have decided to extend the dates for the Dads Pies Fundraiser until the 1st of August.

We need all final orders in by the 1st August. 

You can get creative and buy multiple boxes with those family and friends and then swap some flavours around to have a “mixed box” …perfect solution to satisfy every taste bud…..and what better way to support local.  This win-win fundraiser is benefiting our club ($16 of every box sold supports us!) and we are supporting another local family run business….. So stock up that freezer for the cooler winter months and let’s get the friendly competitive spirit going to see who wins the great prizes!  

As a reminder here are the details again along with payment options:


Step 1. The attached form is for each player to use to take orders. This is in Excel format so you can update as you go and ensure you put your Name, Contact Details,Team Name, and Grade in the top of the sheet. 

Step 2. The order process - Please input the name, mobile, and the date they ordered along with the quantities. The spreadsheet should update automatically for you as you go. Then either drop off your form to your team manager with cash or you can email directly to 

Step 3. The fundraiser closes on the 1st August 2020 - So all forms and money must be received by the Club on or before this day to be eligible for the prizes.  

Step 4. Orders will then be forwarded to Dad's Pies for delivery. Dates for Pickup of orders from the Clubrooms will be advised closer to the time but usually within a week of HBCAFC placing the confirmed orders with Dads Pies.

Step 5. Payment options:If paying by cash please give to your team manager with your form so they can hand in to the Clubor,If emailing your form in and paying by direct credit please follow this instructions:HBCAFC Bank Account: 12 3084 0257746 00 Reference: Dads Pies/Players Name that is on the Form/Team Name . All 3 are needed.   

Prizes this year: Thanks to our Business Networking Group (BNG) for putting forward the following individual prizes. Individual prizes are for the individuals who sell the most boxes across all the grades. 

1st Prize   - $150.00 Prezzy Card

2nd Prize   - Club Hoodie with name printed on it

3rd Prize    - Football Signed by the HBCAFC Men's or Women's First Team Team prizes have been sponsored by an anonymous party this year. 

Team Prizes are for the team in each grade who's players sell the most boxes (i.e.: this is calculated on how many boxes each individual in the team sells) One prize per grade. 

First Kicks and Funfootball    - 1.5 Hrs at Sportscave in Whangaparaoa

9th to 12th Grade            - 1.5 Hrs at Sportscave in Whangaparaoa

13th to 18th Grade           - 1.5 Hrs at Sportscave in Whangaparaoa 

Seniors                     - $150.00 Bar Tab - The team must sell a minimum of 20 Boxes to qualify
