Special General Meeting 2024

Special General Meeting - Wednesday 2nd October 2024

As per Rule 7 of the Club's Current constitution, the Board calls for a Special General Meeting to be held on Wednesday 2nd of October 2024 at 7pm at Hibiscus Coast AFC Clubrooms, 162 Brightside Road Stanmore Bay.

The purpose of the SGM is to vote on passing or not passing the proposed constitution following the SGM held in 2023.

The Proposed Constitution has been emailed to all members along with this notice and can be found here on the Club website.
