Special General Meeting

We advised back in November that the Executive Board was wanting to update the Club's constitution.

The Board would like to provide context to its community and members that the updated structure of this draft has been aligned to key legislation changes surrounding the Incorporated Societies Act, as well as the careful consideration of the future direction of our Club. Throughout this process, the Board has also sought external advice to guide and validate this draft.

Please find above again the proposed draft constitution for your feedback and invite you to attend the Special General Meeting 7pm on the 27th March 2023 to have input and/or vote on the proposed constitution. It would be great if you have feedback on the constitution if you could provide it to our Club Secretary Helen Graham-Shore via email at secretary@hbcafc.org.nz before the Special General Meeting.

Please note to attend and vote at the Special General Meeting you need to be a financial member of the Club as at the 26th March 2023.
