For the first time ever, GIRLS ONLY Summer Footy is happening!

Hibiscus Coast is excited to invite girls only teams from Year 0 – 13 to sign up now to
our Girls Only Summer Football!

Gather your girls and their friends and form a team; whether they have played
before, whether they’re at another club or they’re new to football – register a team
today!

Our Ethos Girl’s summer footy at Hibiscus Coast FC is about getting girls to enjoy playing
football in a social, fun and safe environment. We don’t record scores, we don’t have
playoffs!

We 100% are using this format to encourage girls to try new things, have fun with
their friends and develop a real enjoyment for the game. We know that sport has a
massive power to foster confidence and resilience in girls and our mission is to
prioritise positive growth mindset over winning.

✅We want them to make mistakes so that they learn from them and embrace the
spirit of trying.
✅We want them to celebrate when they score and congratulate the other team if
they score too.
✅We want them to enjoy it - they might ‘want’ to win, but they don’t ‘need to’ in order
to have fun.

We have six places available per combined year group (e.g. Year 7&8), so don’t
delay signing up – grab your spot today!
P.S. It’s also a great opportunity to get out and enjoy the long evenings at beautiful
Stanmore Bay!

Key Information

•  All games on are Tuesdays during the afternoon/evening
•  Registrations close 20th September
•  Season starts Tuesday 22nd October (Term 4 Week 2)
•  Season ends 17th December
•  All age groups are 5 aside, 8 players per team
•  Cost per team $320 of 8 (Additional players above 8 are $40)

4.15pm Group Warmup
4.30pm Game (15 min halves)
5pm Finish

Years 5-6 & 7-8
5.15pm Group Warm-up
5.20pm Free Play Kickabout
5.30pm Game (20 min halves)
6pm Finish

Years 9-10 &11-13
6.15pm Free play, kickabout, chat with mates
6.30pm Game (20 min Halves)
7.15pm Finish and pack up

How to Register
STEP 1: Gather your team of up to 8 players together (5-aside games), you will need
to register for a whole team and be responsible for paying the $320 charge.

 STEP 2: CLICK HERE TO REGISTER YOUR TEAM If you’re new to HBCAFC, it
will create you an account on our system. If you’re already a club member you will be
prompted to log into your account.

STEP 3: Make sure you select ‘Girls Summer Football’ as the competition and fill
out your Team Name and contact details. 

STEP 4: Once you’ve submitted your team’s name and your contact details you’ll
receive email confirming your submission.

STEP 5: Await approval confirmation – if you’ve signed up in time, we’ll send you a
confirmation email with the $320 invoice. Then you’ll need to sign into the portal and
add in the girls’ names.
